He was super approachable and made himself available to us answer questions and work with us the few times we stopped in to look and test drive before we purchased. Though time consuming, they made the purchase process pretty easy and helped us get devices connected to the car before leaving the dealership. It was a great experience, especially coming on the heels of a string of terrible experiences with a different dealership in town. We are pleased with the car and feel like we got a fair deal on the price. Thanks to the team at Keffer and to Josh! More
