Our salesman, Dylan, is great. Leased a CX9 and purchased CX5 from him that we had leased. We have leased 4 CX9's and leased 2 CX5's since 2016. Leased a CX9 and purchased CX5 from him that we had leased. We have leased 4 CX9's and leased 2 CX5's since 2016. More
Tre Shovely was my salesman and he was the most helpful person that I could ask for. I don’t live in North Carolina he was able to send pictures of the vehicle, find out information about the vehicle befor person that I could ask for. I don’t live in North Carolina he was able to send pictures of the vehicle, find out information about the vehicle before I arrived because it was a pre owned. Tre also was very patient and understanding with scheduling time to allow me to come test drive the vehicle. I would recommend Tre Shovely to anyone who’s in the market for a vehicle at Keffer Mazda!!!! More

We purchased a certified pre-owned CX-5 from this dealership. We were told during the process of signing the paperwork that the vehicle was "certified pre-owned", but the paperwork is missing and co dealership. We were told during the process of signing the paperwork that the vehicle was "certified pre-owned", but the paperwork is missing and could not be located. We have had a few issues with the vehicle that we do not feel that we should have had. Car mats were removed from the vehicle during the detailing process and we had to ask for them to be put back in the car. The "advantage welcome kit" was not provided to us and we had to go back and ask for that as well. The detailing of the vehicle also revealed some prior damage to the car that we did not know about prior to purchase (we thought the damage was pollen / dirt and did not realize it was a deep scratch in the car). We have had the car less than 2 weeks and have already spent $180 on maintenance items and the service department has indicated that there is more work that is needed. Due to the missing "certified pre-owned" paperwork, the service department is unable to tells us when some of these recommended items were performed (or checked) during the certification process. We raised these issues with various people at the dealership and so far have gotten little more than a shoulder shrug. We were asked to contact the dealership directly with any issues prior to writing this review. We left a message and the message was not returned (waited several days). More
Made me go through the stupid process of “appraising” my own car and then came out with an insulting lowball offer on my trade. I already knew the value of the car I was interested in purchasing and the va own car and then came out with an insulting lowball offer on my trade. I already knew the value of the car I was interested in purchasing and the value of the car I was trading. The price on the car we wanted to purchase was spot on for its age, mileage, and features. In spite of the fact that our car was in excellent shape and free from any defects cosmetically or mechanically (it could us new tires) they came back with the very bottom of the KBB value. We will buy a car. We will use our trade and cash to make up the difference. We will not be purchasing that car from Keffer Mazda. More
Second attempt at trying to post a review. ...After three visits to service department, TPMS sensors would not synch correctly and they could not figure out why. Suggested next step to replace the instrument cluster. Discount Tire fixed the issue in their parking lot in the rain without charge in 5 minutes. I expected a premium service going to the dealership and that is not what I got. Whitney was calm dealing with a very frustrated customer. More
Josh and John were super helpful throughout the beginning of the process. We had a blast with them. Never thought I could laugh so much while at a car dealership!!! However, Jorgen was very aggressive and co of the process. We had a blast with them. Never thought I could laugh so much while at a car dealership!!! However, Jorgen was very aggressive and confusing in during the final paperwork process. It left a bad taste in our mouths and we left feeling bamboozled and upset. But, again, the sales department was fabulous. We love our new car we just wish the last mile felt more helpful and WAY less aggressive. More
Our experience this time was so much better than the first time in 2020. New leadership has made such a difference. It is clear they place the customer experience as the most important thing.
