Made me go through the stupid process of “appraising” my own car and then came out with an insulting lowball offer on my trade. I already knew the value of the car I was interested in purchasing and the va own car and then came out with an insulting lowball offer on my trade. I already knew the value of the car I was interested in purchasing and the value of the car I was trading. The price on the car we wanted to purchase was spot on for its age, mileage, and features. In spite of the fact that our car was in excellent shape and free from any defects cosmetically or mechanically (it could us new tires) they came back with the very bottom of the KBB value. We will buy a car. We will use our trade and cash to make up the difference. We will not be purchasing that car from Keffer Mazda. More

Second attempt at trying to post a review. ...After three visits to service department, TPMS sensors would not synch correctly and they could not figure out why. Suggested next step to replace the instrument cluster. Discount Tire fixed the issue in their parking lot in the rain without charge in 5 minutes. Josh and John were super helpful throughout the beginning of the process. We had a blast with them. Never thought I could laugh so much while at a car dealership!!!
