For me this dealership overall gets 3 stars, but David gets 5. I purchased a used 2020 Subaru Legacy from this dealership in January 2023. David was my salesperson. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. gets 5. I purchased a used 2020 Subaru Legacy from this dealership in January 2023. David was my salesperson. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was committed throughout, helpful, and did everything he could to help me achieve my requests. David is friendly, funny and attentive. I made two trips from SC to the dealership to get this car and he did everything he could to make my time worthwhile. The dealership itself to me only deserves 3 stars. There's an imbalance of authority and cooperation between departments to help close sales with full understanding for the customer. I found myself confused and David unable to assist with certain things or answer certain questions because of their policies to require salespersons defer buyers to other departments or not interject "out of turn". David was very capable and could have helped me even more if he was permitted to do so. At 21 years old, my minimal purchasing experience caused me to not always know which questions to ask, and I believe the financing department should have been more forthcoming with details and explanations than they were. Please bring a friend or family member with extensive knowledge to assist you in the buying process at this dealership. More

Things did not start off well. We almost left due to frustration. However, it all turned around once Dylan took over. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand available options. The dealership's team made it easy to complete the purchase transaction quickly and without the painful exercise of haggling back and forth that make car buying such an unpleasant experience. The car was detailed, fueled up and ready for us by the time we signed on the dotted line. Upon inspection of the certified pre-owned car, we noticed a few blemishes. Rather than sweeping them under the rug, we were able to schedule a follow up service visit to have the cosmetic issues remediated while being covered under new agreement. More
