This dealership is full of dishonesty. Came in to test drive a Bronco sport. Already had a deal from Atlanta in hand. They held me for four hours only to tell me the salesman in Atlanta wa Came in to test drive a Bronco sport. Already had a deal from Atlanta in hand. They held me for four hours only to tell me the salesman in Atlanta was lying and they tried to stick me with a deal for $64k on a $34k car. Was slick about it and tried to get me to sign papers before I saw the final numbers. They were evasive when I wanted to see the deal beforehand. Showed them that my sterling credit score (750+) had been run through Ford Motor Credit in which they said the salesman was lying. I got the ATL salesman to send me the application proving they sent it, to which they said that the top of the paper would show they were lying when all that was at the top was white space. They then acted like they were on the phone with them and told me that Ford Motor Credit said that they did not approve me and the salesman was lying. This was because from ATL I got the Ford advertised rate of 6.9% APR, they tried to give me a 10% rate. I proceeded to finish my deal with the Atlanta salesman (Courtesy Ford Of Atlanta) the next day who was honest and everything he said was in the deal was true. Had appointment at Keith Hawthorne Ford for bronco sport recall. Took forever. Didn't call when parts available as they said they would. Finally got a appointment for 15 March 2023 after me calling several recall. Took forever. Didn't call when parts available as they said they would. I communicated to Rick farmer service manager that I would need a shuttle to my home in cramerton..4-5 minutes away from Keith Hawthorne. I arrived there at 8:40 for my 8:45 appt on 23rd Wednesday. I noticed Mr farmer was the only there writing. I gave him my name ..there for recall appt. Reminded him I needed ride to cramerton less than 5 mins away ..after he said it would take 3 hrs or more. He said he was by his self in service..that he couldn't provide transportation/ride/shuttle. There was one fellow at the far end desk said he was too busy. Mr farmer said he didn't have a porter. Oh well! Made no sense that a Ford service dept would have no other service writer..porter or anyone to take care of a customer on a Wednesday morning . He could have ask any one of the sales people... anybody to make a round trip to 8th ave in cramerton. Probably 8 min round trip and still have time for coffee. This is not the first I received bad info...C/S..in sales and service. But..I promise it's my last. So I called another dealership just up the road...Again and the welcomed me..set a appt..and said I would be provided transportation if needed. No way to treat a customer and I was the fool to give them another chance. This has been a repeat in bad service C/S...and sales also. More

The dealer employees were extremely helpful and very clear about the terms of the sale.
