Wow is all i can say about our experience with Kim (amazing ) then the owner’s being so personable with us they truly were the best I’ve seen ! We traveled from frederick md 2 hr ride to have thus (amazing ) then the owner’s being so personable with us they truly were the best I’ve seen ! We traveled from frederick md 2 hr ride to have thus best experience, well worth the ride . All the staff were very warm and like family. Again Kim took very care of us and my wife . Kim went above expectations in selling us the 2023 XT5 along with showing us about the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable prior to leaving the amazing dealer . Amazing experience, again! My wife and I purchased a Cadillac and traded a BMW sight unseen in 2008, this time we purchased a 2019 BMW 540i, again sight unseen! We live in up My wife and I purchased a Cadillac and traded a BMW sight unseen in 2008, this time we purchased a 2019 BMW 540i, again sight unseen! We live in upstate NY and have found the 5 hour trip is worth every minute! Uzma was so helpful from the first moment of me contacting. Very informative and honest, the car we picked up was far superior to my expectations. Communication was never lacking, and the experience was stress-free. Recommend 100% on every level! The owners also took time and expressed their appreciation. It took less than an hour, and I was back on my way to up state NY! More
