Terrible service department!! They offered me NO help with my brand new car that I bought there only a few months ago. I don’t feel safe in this car driving my 2 kids around and they told me that there’s with my brand new car that I bought there only a few months ago. I drove an hour and a half to Kelly's because they were the closest dealer that had the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for in the color I was looking for, (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE in Nacho). The jeep was in the closest dealer that had the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for in the color I was looking for, (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE in Nacho). The jeep was in their showroom, and their salesman Tony Bittenbender greeted me. I looked over the vehicle and it had almost everything I wanted in it. It was missing a few things like, all weather mats, hardtop headliner, and a hitch, but all that I could get on my own. (Which I did and already have installed). I test drove a similar one just to see how the new hybrid engine was and see if I would like it. It was just what I wanted. So now it was time to sit down to talk numbers and such. Their sales managers there were great. It took a little more back and forth then I wanted, but in the end, those guys were awesome and I got the deal I was looking for. I filled out the credit application and now it was time for their finance department to take over. He came over with everything and explained what bank they were using, and went over service contract options with me and answered all my questions. I even had him go back and forth a couple of times just to give me a few different options. He was great. (I wanted to get something because of the new technology in the Jeep. Even though it was in their showroom, they still had the Jeep cleaned and filled the tank with gas. Tony also made sure that all my Uconnect apps and Sirius apps were all installed on my phone and went over everything with me. If I had a question or needed to figure something out, they were there to help the whole time. I have to say, if I was looking to buy another Jeep in the future, I would definitely consider taking the ride again and using the staff at Kelly's for my next purchase. Everyone there was great!
