I have been fortunate to have been a customer of Thomas Ford since I bought my first Ford, a Ranger Pickup, in 1998. Since then I have traded up to an Explorer Sport Track in 2004 and a Ford Edge in 2009. Ford since I bought my first Ford, a Ranger Pickup, in 1998. Since then I have traded up to an Explorer Sport Track in 2004 and a Ford Edge in 2009. My experiences with both the Sales and Service Staffs have been a pleasure, whithout exception. My most recent experience with Thomas Ford was on 2/18/10, to have the 30,000 mile maintenance done on the Ford Edge. Scheduling the work was simple and TJ was a great listener and was flexible with the timing. On the day of the service, Barbara was cheerful and competent as she greated me by name and reviewed my expectations to make sure their was no misunderstanding. She offered a complimentary rental car, which I did not need, but I appreciated the offer. Barbara called me as soon as the work was done. Scott greated me when I walked in to recover the Edge and reviewed the bill with me to make sure all my questions were answered. This may sound like an unusual amount of attention for one customer, but at Thomas Ford it has been the standard for the 12 years I have been doing busines with them. They are unfailingly helpful, polite, honest and accomodating, and they are th service industry; they are great in the whole customer care industry. I know they know what they're talking about and I know that if I call them with a car issue, they will make it right. I have never felt that they have "talked me into" repairs or service that I didn't need, and I have always felt that the charges were fair. I have pulled in without an appointment on occasions and they have helped me out without question. Once I needed new wiper blades in a violent rain storm. I drove straight in, and in about 4 minutes, I was out again, with new blades, fitted for me, and it cost me about $8.00. That's the sort of service that builds confidence and loyalty. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. More
We purchased our Escape from Thomas Ford in August '09. The sales experience was fine - no pressure and George Koulongis was very helpful. All the staff are very helpful and friendly (when some tree sap dripped on our car in the fall, they were able to remove it for us). More
