I only see good reviews and I know for a fact 5-7 people I have talked to left bad reviews and I'm still having a horrible issue with my car that has been going on since May of 2022 and it's now September 2 I have talked to left bad reviews and I'm still having a horrible issue with my car that has been going on since May of 2022 and it's now September 2022 and it's still not fixed or do I yet have a call back for a 4th appointment to diagnosis my car that they said they did 3 time's already, after this I will never recommend or talk nicely about Kelly Ford in Beverly Mass. I’ve had quite a few issues since this purchase sadly. Firstly the oil leaked and a gasket had to be changed almost immediately, then I had brake pads error message and needed new sensors, sadly now I hav Firstly the oil leaked and a gasket had to be changed almost immediately, then I had brake pads error message and needed new sensors, sadly now I have a steering error message and also the car shakes between 65-75 on the highway and some of the door seals have come off just 3/4 months in. The service center have been helpful and they are aware I just wish all these things would have been resolved before purchase so it was good to go - and I hope they can resolve these issues for what was meant to be a dream purpose for me. Mohamed was excellent and no fault of his or the service team - I trust you will resolve this for me and put it right and I will have this back as a 5 star review! More
Plan your service ahead of time as they are booked 3 to 4 weeks out. Even for a safety recall I could not get my appointment any earlier. I was not notified when the work was completed. I called Monday to schedule an 8am appointment for Saturday. I called again Friday to confirm I could drop my truck off early and pick it up by noon. Your service rep confirmed. When I called Saturday at 2pm to see if my truck was ready your service center had no idea why I even needed done and had the audacity to say I’m the last one going in for the day. Worst service I have ever dealt. I am a business owner and lifelong ford owner. I just bought a $50,000 truck from you in April. I will never do business with your dealership again and neither will my business partner. I tried calling your manager, left messages, you people did nothing for me. I’ll happily bring my business elsewhere moving forward. More
