Luis Laparra is by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. It’s amazing to me that when I come in for an oil change and he sees me, he knows me by name! Sales is good, Amy is great. Service is horrible. When I bought car a year ago it took 1 and a half hours to get a simple inspection sticker. Bottom slash guard came off after tw Service is horrible. When I bought car a year ago it took 1 and a half hours to get a simple inspection sticker. Bottom slash guard came off after two weeks of having car. And part was on back order and when it did come in it took three hours to install. 1/30/24 bentvrom due to pothole 2 hours to replace I tire. Service department is horrible. It’s like watching a slow motion movie. Girl at cashiers desk was on cell phone entire time and then had a severe attitude when they finnsly did finish the service two hours later. More

Very friendly and helpful staff…this was my 3rd lease after my wife’s 4th lease earlier in the month. Great dealership!!
