I left a negative review about my experience a few weeks ago. This time my update is on a positive note. Mr. Bousbaa is a General Manager at Kelly Honda, and his professionalism and ability to get to the bo ago. This time my update is on a positive note. Mr. Bousbaa is a General Manager at Kelly Honda, and his professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. His attitude towards his work was on an entirely different level from the service department team. The manner in which he handled my complain must be commended. He offered an apology and a reimbursement for my time and inconvenience. I hope that people in a service department will learn that great service makes customers feel that this business cares about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.
