Adam Hoyt--Business Manager--what a jerk, he must not like his job. We did our own financing outside and he did not like that. Basically he questioned everything about us, it could have been discrimina like his job. We did our own financing outside and he did not like that. Basically he questioned everything about us, it could have been discrimination, he never smiled or thanked us after we were done we said thank you and he never responded. Basically he treated us like if we didn't have the money to pay for the car we wanted. I wonder what he drives? I am sorry I gave Kelly my $55,000 business, Sales Manager was the only person that treated me and my family with respect and like he wanted our business. Your business manager needs to go he is not doing justice to the goals, motto and vision of Kelly. Perhaps he was not happy he had to work late. He is not very knowledgable at all. More

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Kelly Infiniti in Danvers. Matt Poniatowski was a pleasure to work with. Jason was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely helpful, but didn't try to impose his agenda or push a sale. He was friendly, gracious, a very good listener and always went an extra mile to meet our needs. but didn't try to impose his agenda or push a sale. I went and test drove many of vehicles at many of dealerships but when I ended up a Kelly Infiniti and spoke with Matt Poniatowski I knew I was in the right place. His professionalism and work ethic dealerships but when I ended up a Kelly Infiniti and spoke with Matt Poniatowski I knew I was in the right place. His professionalism and work ethic was above and beyond the best I have ever see or worked with in the past or future. If I had any questions at all, phone, email, or in person he was on top of it and very knowledgeable in every aspect. Matt went above and beyond his salesman role, he's a honest person who has great product knowledge , he was always available to answer a question , and was great a following through. I will be back to buy another infinity in the future and I hope Matt is still here to deal with. Lisa Avola is a fixture at the dealership, always smiling and real . I rate Kelly Infiniti a perfect 5 because they did everything right. My wife and I are returning customers to Kelly Infiniti. From the time we walked into the dealership and until we left, we were not pressured at all. Jason Piazza was our Sales person. Jason has to be one of the sharpest individuals @ Kelly Infiniti because he knew every answer to all my questions asked bout the 2012 G37X car. He was very professional as well as very detailed from the beginning to end. He also was professional while the negotiations were going on. If I were to recommend a Sales person, I would recommend Jason @ Kelly Infiniti. One other highlight about Jason, his quick repsonses on email. If I had a question, he quickly responded with an answer. Although Jason was my Sales person, I like to say thank you to the whole team we came in contact with, Lisa, Carl, and George. I know if I had any issues with our current vehicles, Kelly Infiniti would be there to help. My wife and I are very happy to say that we bought our car from Kelly Infiniti. Sean Quinn was a friendly and professional sales representative. He was helpful but not pushy.
