Jeep review 2015 I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks in advance. My loaner car was not ready when I arrived & I had to wait about 20 minutes at least. When I asked how much longer, I was told they were busy, which I understand that, but I booked 2 weeks prior. It seemed They were trying to talk me out of the rental, but I had a doctor's appointment I needed to get to. Needless to say, I was disappointed. More

Fast Courteous service always at Kelly's Everyone at Kelly's is friendly and out-going. the are courteous, and interested in fast complete service. I usually work with Artis as service manager, but the other service folks are great as well. We have a 14 Jeep and a 15 200C, so our work is still under warranty. They make sure that I receive an explanation of the work done, and answer any question I may have. More

Good job I brought my 2012 Chrysler 300 in for service. I was having issues with the alternator. I was told that there was a safety recall on this model of car I brought my 2012 Chrysler 300 in for service. I was having issues with the alternator. I was told that there was a safety recall on this model of car. I called the 800 #. They explained to me that this was not on a recall. Even though the EXACT issues were going on with my vehicle that the recall was issued back in February. I guess I thought for that reason that something could have been offered to me. I have 4 vehicles through Kelly. I probably will continue to do business with Kelly. Artis is great person to deal with. He thinks he's funny, but he shouldn't give up his day job. More

My first postive experience since purchase I normally cringe at the thought of having to deal with this service department but this was the first postive experience I've had since purchasing my I normally cringe at the thought of having to deal with this service department but this was the first postive experience I've had since purchasing my Jeep 2 years ago. (The sales experience with Janet was amazing!) This visit I dealt with Artis in the service department for some updates, recalls and an oil change. It was the first time some one followed up when they said they would or had the answers to my questions. Thanks Artis for making this experience painless. More
