I contacted the dealership via online chat and after a few days of delays on my part, arrived at the dealership and was immediately waited on. Right off the bat I explained my financial/credit situation to Oscar which is on the not-so-up and up, and it did not deter him, he seemed even more determined to help whereas other salesman at dealerships all but walked away. That embarrassingly happened at a Whitmoyer dealership in the Lancaster area. Sandy is a firecracker and top notch at working her magic with the banks. Between the two of them a miracle was performed and I drove home that evening in my new car. Never once did I feel pressured into any decisions, embarrassed about financial situations, or any type of negativity.
