Price is the only reason your dealership receives a 3. Leased the same car in 2016 which had a sticker of close to $5000 more than my 2020 and and basically paying the same monthly payment. I do realize it’s NMAC that makes the basic lease deal but I am a 4 time returning jelly Nissan customer. Where’s the loyalty value. In relation to your competitors the price was competitive though. Purchased vehicle at another dealership but this dealership is more convenient for regular service. Have been always bringing in my truck for service at Kelly Nissan for it’s entire life and with n dealership is more convenient for regular service.
