Went to Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield for an oil change and tire rotation. Before the car went into the service floor, I removed the tire valve cap of one of the rear tires. Service was done and paid for the s tire rotation. Before the car went into the service floor, I removed the tire valve cap of one of the rear tires. Service was done and paid for the services. To my surprise, the tire without the valve cap was still in the same spot. To my further surprise, they wanted to make me think they move the valve caps to leave the car in the same conditions it arrived. That's BS. They simply charge for the rotation but NEVER actually rotate the tires. I was also able to confirm this by checking the tire pressure in the car computer - I knew that specific tire was 2-3 psi higher than the rest. Never coming back here. Always check tires are being rotated. More

Corey went above and beyond last week! I had problems with my Nissan Rogue 2020! I had to have AAA use a flat bed truck and bring it to Kelly Nissan. It was closing time and I needed people to help me pu with my Nissan Rogue 2020! I had to have AAA use a flat bed truck and bring it to Kelly Nissan. It was closing time and I needed people to help me put the car inside because the windows were down and wouldn’t close. When I called to let people know I was coming, I was told that someone would take me back home. But because it was closing time, there was no one available! I asked for Corey and he went above and beyond and took me home! I just want the powers that be to know he is awesome! More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I made the unfortunate decision to return to my local Kelly Nissan Dealership when my check engine light came on. The disrespect that followed made me regret my decision. The service manager Ryan was extremely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant to the point where he mockingly laughs at customers on the phone when they ask about what is wrong wirh their vehicle. I'm no car expert, but I can guarantee you I'll be going everywhere BUT Kelly Nissan for any service needs. After refusing to answer questions "Do you want the car fixed or not" and belittling me on the phone he ended the conversation by saying "Ya good luck with that buddy" and abruptly hanging up on me when I asked to be transferred to the GM. They had my car for 2 full days and did not resolve my issue. The lack of communication is ridiculous, and the overall "I don't care what you have to say" attitude made me worry that my car will be returned with more issues than what I dropped it off with. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here!!! It's no good, and they like to word things in a way to try to intimidate you into having them fix your car or "they don't know what else could go wrong" AVOID!!! More

Since the beginning this vehicle was a bad purchases as the Sales manager at the time, even gave me someone’s card ( not his own) for me to call the next day after the purchase because I protested due to promised extra gsp they were supposedly were going to install the next day after I bought it... but needless to say: It never happened !! More
