Excellent Service! I brought my new Altima here after having engine troubles from running over a deer. I had it inspected by a local mechanic first, which I found was a I brought my new Altima here after having engine troubles from running over a deer. I had it inspected by a local mechanic first, which I found was a mistake. I ended up paying $45 for my mechanic to tell me that I needed a new catalytic converter and should take it to a dealer since it may be under warranty. After taking it to Kelly Nissan it turns out that nothing was wrong with my Altima's cat and after quickly looking under my vehicle (which my mechanic clearly did not do) they saw a bent piece that was pressing up against my exhaust. Service Manager Larry and a mechanic took me out to the shop to show me the damage and fixed it on the spot. They charged me nothing for the fix and even washed my Altima. Never going back to my local mechanic again! More

My husband called afte Good Afternoon, I wanted to write to let you know the experience I went though to look for a car yesterday.. My husband called after we learned that our car was not going to make it through the winter. The two gentlemen that he spoke with were very helpful and courteous Craig/Shelby. So as we driving to your dealership we ended up down the road from you to another dealership. When we first walked in there was a receptionist sitting at her desk and a gentlemen sitting on a desk ledge, not even a greeting. I told them we were to here to look for a car and asked for Craig. They said there is no one here by that name. I then proceeded to state I must have the wrong place and the gentlemen said ,so let me show what we have here. I told him I was already commited to another dealer. and left. I then went to your dealership Kelly Nissan and we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and with a smile. The gentlemen that got us someone to help us in a matter of seconds. That gentlemen was Mario Cabrera. Mario greeted us offered us coffe,hot chocolate and sat with us and listened to what we were there for you. Mario made us feel like a family member,he was very professional,respectful and also humorous at times even though I started it. Mario let us test drive two SUV's , he opened the door for me and made things very comfortable. Mario answered all my questions. Needless to say we did purchase one of the SUV's. We then got all the paper work in order. Mario then stated that another gentlemen would be calling us soon and finish off the paperwork. That gentlemens name is Bill Pallo. It only took a few minutes for Bill to call us, but Mario kept checking on us if we needed anything. Bill was also very professional did not pressure us into getting something that we didn't want. He listened and spoke clearly. When we were finished he thanked us for coming in. Mario then met us and walked us to our car opened the door for me and thanked us again and hoped he see us again. I am sorry for this long letter, but I am Supervisor in the Health System and my main focus has always been customer service, and I pay more attention because of this. I would like to commend your staff on exceptional customer service. I do hope that they get compensation for their great work and compassion. I will recommend Kelly Nissain to everone. Thank you again Mario,Bill and the gentlemen that greeted us sorry did not get his name. I will be back!!!!! Will go back again My husband and I went to Kelly Nissan looking for a used SUV. We met Mario C. who was great in showing us the car that we saw on the website. We knew My husband and I went to Kelly Nissan looking for a used SUV. We met Mario C. who was great in showing us the car that we saw on the website. We knew we were going to be hard to work with due to some financial difficulties we ran into. However, Mario and the staff at Kelly were great. They got us into a car that we love.
