Terrible treatment by Bill Pallo Bill Pallo is the most obnoxious and rude salesperson you will ever come across. He had no sense of decency and had a complete lack of professionalism Bill Pallo is the most obnoxious and rude salesperson you will ever come across. He had no sense of decency and had a complete lack of professionalism. I was treated extremely poorly. He was completely resistant to negotiating the price for a new lease. Oh and beware he's fluent in throwing grand car jargons at you which don't help you at all when you are trying to seek out answers to simple questions. I asked him what the APR was and he replied back by saying that's the money factor, in an attempt to show me down. If you are at Kelly Nissan and you get Bill Pallo, turn away if you don't want to ruin your day. More

Blown Headgaskets I have a 2009 Sentra FE and the head gasket went in 2013 with only 42,000 miles on it now in 2016 car has 87,000 miles and "guess what" it needs anoth I have a 2009 Sentra FE and the head gasket went in 2013 with only 42,000 miles on it now in 2016 car has 87,000 miles and "guess what" it needs another head gasket. Seriously, the head gasket only last 42,000 to 45,000 miles and the dealership wants me to pay to have it replaced again. It's obvious I'm not beating this car with mileage! This is terrible service anyone with a sane mind knows this should not have happened to my car again. More

My only complaint is they're so dang far away. Well worth the trip. More
