Best experience ever He made the process stress fee and easy. He took us in after the business was closed.. he did not rush us.. he was a very pleasant and welcoming person... he walked us around the lot showing us the inventory. Not forcing us into anything or pressuring us on any vehicle.. He gave us great information on all the cars (Negative and positive).. he kept ensuring us that he will find the car that we want. We found the car we told him our monthly payment we will like... and with my credit score not being the greatest i didn't think it will be possible let alone the car... i walked out 2 hours later with a 2012 Acura TL with the asked monthly payment. Re-leasing was a breeze My husband and I leased for the first time ever 3 years ago. Back then we were able to put a good amount down at first so our monthly payments were kept very low!!!! Forward 2 years and 9 months, our lease was about up, our financial situation was completely different than before and we needed our payments low enough to manage. Our dealer, Eric, was great!!!! He laid out three different cars, the monthly costs and really worked with us on our present situation. He was really understanding and did all he could to make us feel welcome, comfortable and in good hands!!! We left a few hours later with a Nissan Altima, in the price range we could handle, and couldn't be happier!!! We will definitely be back in 3 years to re-lease again!!!!
