AWESOME I have been trying to decide on a vehicle to purchase for the last 4-5 but couldn't decide on the manufacturer. I visited 5 different car dealershi I have been trying to decide on a vehicle to purchase for the last 4-5 but couldn't decide on the manufacturer. I visited 5 different car dealerships in addition to Kelly Nissan. I spoke with Ken McArdle at Kelly and he was great. He was willing to help me and also understood I was trying to decide on a CRV. He explained the different models and let us take a test drive. Now I had to make a decision on what vehicle I wanted. I loved the ride, the comfortable interior which is exceptional and was in my price range. When the day was done I was leaning toward the Rogue. I needed to get a price for a trade in and test drive again, review options and then see what kind of dollar figures we could agree on. When I returned to Kelly, I met with Don Riley. He was very kind and was very easy to talk to. We spent time with the pricing issue, and trade in, to come to a final price. Don Riley and John Lim worked on the pricing and we came to an agreement. That was the beginning of a long friendship with the Kelly Nissan. I in turn worked with Bill Pallo on the financing, extended warranty and service agreement. These people were great. We had a lot of laughs but also got down to business too. We decided on a vehicle and Don took care of having the additions put on it and I left with a new car that evening. Don went the extra mile to make me happy. He even setup the Bluetooth for me before I left. I couldn't ask for more from any salesperson. Exceptional!!! Thanks again to all of you for your help. Truely Exceptional Service! I purchase a 2010 Nissan in Oct.2015. Within a week I had problems starting the car.
