Efficient Sales Process Car purchases are one of my least favorite things to do, but my most recent experience at Kelly Nissan was very good. This is my second lease from Kel Car purchases are one of my least favorite things to do, but my most recent experience at Kelly Nissan was very good. This is my second lease from Kelly Nissan, and I had a 2012 Nissan Altima that I was going to purchase, but I got a letter from John Lim (from Kelly) indicating that there were some discounts they were offering on a new Altima. I called the dealership and spoke to John, and we did some initial numbers on the phone. We looked at a 2015 Altima SV (which is loaded vehicle) and the monthly cost is less than I am paying for my current lease. I picked up my Altima on Friday and the entire sales process took about an hour. I would highly recommend Kelly Nissan, and I want to thank John, Don Riley and Bill Pallo for making this an easy and efficient process. More

Outstanding salesman and selection I stopped by one dealership In Bethlehem a couple days earlier and no one came out to assist because it was rainy and cold. I was walking around and I stopped by one dealership In Bethlehem a couple days earlier and no one came out to assist because it was rainy and cold. I was walking around and sales seen me but I was ignored. My wife and i another day went to Kelly Nissan and walked around and on that cloudy cold day a salesman came out and asked us if we needed help. We asked if Rich Kinsey was in, because we got a card in the mail from him, and he said he was not sure. My wife and I walked out on the lot and within 5 min. That sales man came back and said Rich was off work but he called him. We I spoke to Rich on the phone and he asked us if we saw anything we liked. We told him we did like a few. On his day off of work, he came in on that cloudy chilly windy day and walked us around. He new all the pre owned cars as if they were his own. We saw a Juke and again he new all about the car. We took it for a ride and he continued to make us feel comfortable with his honesty and nice personality. We are very leery of car dealerships and shady salesman but Kelly Nissan was unlike any other dealership we visited in the past. It was a different experience and we felt comfortable buying a car from Kelly because of a wonderful salesman like Rich. Thank him for us because we love this car and love Kelly Nissan. I was offered a large variety of cars within my low price range, more than any other dealer I had seen before. It seemed like other dealerships did not want to bother with a low cost preowned vehicle, but at Kelly they have a whole office devoted to preowned, offering a large selection. I was impressed with the way the cars were all certified and had gone through I think it was 151 check list before they were resold. Thank you from a very satisfied customer. Look forward to coming back for maintenance appointments. More
