Car shopping is without a doubt one of my least favorite things to do. Thankfully, I was put in contact with Nate, which made the whole experience less painful. I told him exactly what I wanted and that is exactly what he found me. He continues to help me with my endless car questions. Everytime a light comes on, it makes a weird sound , etc I call Nate and he always answers. My daughter and son in law kept pushing for months just go and talk to Eric Sparrow he isn't the normal type of salesman he doesn't make looking at a new vehicle torture. They were right he had two suv's waiting for me when we got there ready to test drive. He also showed me a leftover 2014 that was my best deal. He didn't care whether I bought a 20,000 dollar suv or a 80,000 dollar one I was treated the same. Everything was layed out with ease. I was there for two hours and came home with just what I wanted. We have had a bitter winter and to be honest I did not drive everyday, my husband drove his car most of the time. But every day I did make it a point to start the car. I called Larry Hughes and asked him if I could have the car towed to the dealership, he said yes. The problem was resolved. I have always had Larry Hughes as my service consultant, and every time we need service, or if a problem should come up I know it will be resolved. Larry will take care of it. I want you to know that he and your staff at Kelly Nissan are very special people. They take the time to make sure the problem is resolved. You need to know that Larry is the best service consultant I have ever had. It is a pleasure to know a man who is dedicated to his job.
