I had a great experience with my salesman Frank Renaldi When I first arrived at Kelly Nissan I was welcomed by Frank. He was very interested in what we were looking for. He also did not just talk cars but When I first arrived at Kelly Nissan I was welcomed by Frank. He was very interested in what we were looking for. He also did not just talk cars but other things in general. I liked that Frank was not just about selling me a vehicle but was just genuine in general. We told him what we were looking for and we test drove two different vehicles and I like the rogue the best. I did test drive others but it came down to the rogue as the winner. My wants and needs were assessed and they were matched perfectly to the car that I received. The financial aspect didn't give me any hesitation, as making large investments usually do. Jarret Seas walked us through the whole process, one step at a time, answering every question along the way (and I had more than a few lol). John Arena an Mark swoyer were there to take over the financial conversations making sure I knew exactly what I was receiving and giving. I felt like the staff cared, like I wasn't just an investment for them, but that they wanted to help me get what I want at the price that I want. I left literally singing "There goes my baby" by usher to my nissan maxima. I still sing it from time to time. Overall it was a great experience. More

I was told Mario can make my car buying experience stress free and I would get the car that I wanted, so I drove to Kelly Nissan and meet Mario. Mario’s big smile and firm handshake immediately put me at ease. Mario listened and the car buying experience began. Mario jotted down some details spoke to the sales manager and within minutes Mario confirmed my eligibility. I was shown several automobiles and offered a test drive. I made my decision, and Mario did his magic. Within an hour I was speaking with the Finance manager and the deal was made. I have never experienced the level of professionalism and sense of respect for the customer as I did at Kelly Nissan and ts employees. Their effort got me the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Great experience, highly recommend. I came in because my van was in need of more repairs than it was worth so we decided to get something new. I didn't expect to walk away with as good a vehicle as we ended up with. Chas did a great job explaining what was available and all the benefits of each product. He made a great recommendation for us and was not in any way offended or aggravated when we changed our minds half way through and looked at something different. Instead of making us drive to another dealership to see what we were interested in, Leonardo helped us find something even nicer on this lot and committed to making it happen for us. Chas gave us more than enough time to check out the vehicle and ask questions, test drive, etc. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. When it came time to make a deal Mark really worked long and hard to hit the numbers we needed and even got us a few added benefits like extra warranty, etc. Overall everybody was pleasant, helpful and professional. I've already told a few people about my great experience and will continue to do so. When my other car is in need of replacing in the next year or two, the first person I'm calling is Chas and the team at Kelly Nissan ! More
