Went to have Nissan Versa repaired one Saturday. Needed part that was not in stock. While there was looking at Nissan Rouge. Leo Suncar, salesperson, answered all questions and took me on test drive. As wife was not with me and needed the part for Nissan Versa, returned the following Saturday with wife and Versa for repair. Leo showed Nissan Rouge to wife and myself again. Leo was very friendly and helpful and wife said she felt no pressure at all from him (and that goes for me also). Mark Swoyer, recently promoted to Finance Manager arranged all the paperwork involved for our leased 2013 Nissan Rouge that the wife and I both enjoy driving. I been dealing with Kelly Nissan for many years......(first Nissan was bought at the old Cooper Nissan)....and I am very satisfied with the vehicles, the service team, Larry Hughes I know more of....but no problems with the other guyes there. It was a pleasure working with Ken , he's knowledgeable , friendly , he's a straight shooter . We didn't have to waste a lot of time haggling about the price Kelly made money and we got a rea knowledgeable , friendly , he's a straight shooter . Mark worked hard to get my son financing on his own ,but with no credit history no go once I co signed things moved fast got us a good rate better than the bank we were going to use. I came in Kelly Nissan looked for a 2010 pre-owned Nissan Sentra I saw on there website. I was greeted by salesmen Oscar Santiago and showed me the car right away and took it for a test drive. He informed me that there was a special price going on for the featured car. He then told me the price was wonderful for a car with such low mileage, I agreed. We proceed with the car fax, perfect no accidents! I informed him I had a trade in as well. After checked my car he went beyond to accommodate me to get the right price so I could stay within my budget including my trade in. Then Oscar informed me I could take the car home that night after signing a couple of papers and leaving a check on hold. So I did I was excited to drive my new car home, I came back in the mourning with my check and a sigh of relief that i finally got the car I want with the perfect price. The customer service Oscar Santiago provided me with was professional, friendly, and very personable. He made me and my friend very comfortable with laughs while buying a car, never pushy.
