I just purchased a 2000 Dodge Durango from Kelly Nissan, in Easton, PA. My car had recently been declared a total loss, & I had no transportation to get down there to check out the car I was interested in looking at, from seeing the pictures online, so he offered to bring the car to me, up in Allentown, just to look at, check out, & drive, without any commitment to do anything. We talked about the price, & he helped me to get a price I could live with. It was almost dark when he brought it to me, so he offered to pick me up another day, when I could check it out in proper light. He drove me down to the dealership, answered my questions, & explained everything to me. We finalized the paperwork, & I drove the car home. Everything's great. Nick's the man! More

My experience so far (just made the purchase today) has been exemplary! My sales associate, Scott Tophoney, was never pushy but rather helpful, courteous and patient. I had been looking for a while for exactly what I wanted and by chance on a Sunday drive I found it at Kelly. Within one week I was driving it home. We went back and forth trying to work a fair deal for both of us. I was afforded every courtesy including allowing me to bring in my own mechanic to go over the truck. When we arrived the truck was up on the lift awaiting our inspection as promised. Scott was off that night so Mark Soyer assisted us. Great guy! We found a few things that I felt needed to be addressed in order for me to purchase the truck. There were only three items I needed to seal the deal. I certainly didn’t expect the replacement of the tires I requested would be addressed because while they were near the end of their life they were still within inspection guidelines. I was very surprised when Scott contacted me after he and Mike Disora reviewed my proposal, which included me wanting more for my trade in value, and he told me that he could do no better on the trade, however, they would put new tires on for me. That sealed the deal for me. I got everything I wanted in one way or another. Finally, John Arena did a great job assisting me with the financing. Overall to this point I believe I got a good deal and was treated fairly. My experience was very positive and I hope that it remains this way. Judging from what I experienced in the past week, I believe it will. More

I was looking for 2012 model of a vehicle in the Nissan lineup and was having a difficult time finding it. I had even placed a deposit at a different dealership who told me my car would be in, in a few days. Days passed by with no car. I made one quick call the Kelly Nissan who had the exact vehicle that I had been looking for. I was able to purchase the vehicle that same day at a cheaper price than offered by the other dealer. My sales person Leonardo Suncar, Manager Matt Kelly and John Arena were all great to work with. I would recommend anyone (in the Easton, PA area) looking for a new or used vehicle to try the Kelly Nissan group first. More
