Kelly Nissan did it when Nissan USA didn't. My sterling lock failed and after a week or two getting nowhere with Nissan USA, KELLY Nissan came through came through and get the job done. Great service I had to take my car in for a factory recall. I had never been there for service on my car. They gave me an appointment, told me how long it should ta I had to take my car in for a factory recall. I had never been there for service on my car. They gave me an appointment, told me how long it should take. I went there mentally prepared to be there twice as long. They took my car in right away, did free checks on tire alignment, tires etc. My car was done in less time, including an oil change I requested when I got there. Larry, the tech and everyone I dealt with were friendly, professional and courteous. I wiwould not hesitate to go back there or recommend it to anyone else. A far cry from the last time I went to a dealer and was there over two hours for something I was told would take ten minutes. They even gave my car a "bath". Awesome experience :-) More

Friendly but horrible service I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy myself a newer used car. Everything was great, I know people who have bought cars here and have had good e I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy myself a newer used car. I had to return 4 times to have the same problem fixed. They also damaged my car. The manager treated me like a child and talked down to me and also about the car THEY SOLD ME. Sure, they are friendly, but don't expect them to wll you when you have an issue. More

I usually take my vehicle to a private shop as soon as it's out of warranty but I'm so happy with Kelly Nissan that I continue to come here for service.
