We bought our preowned Honda at Kelly Nissan and have had it serviced there regularly. We've always been highly satisfied with the service as well as the staff. Nevertheless,after the last appointment,a minor problem arose(through no fault of the dealership or service dept}. Hence, I didnt know what to expect when I went back to address my concerrn. I didnt know whether my concern would be rebuffed or ignored or even if the dealership would be willing to rectify it. Well,was I pleasantly surprised! Michele Marsh (office staff) and Angie(Service dept) were amazing!!! They addressed my concerns and offered me options on how it could be corrected.
