A great experience eventhough had to spend extra money I had a great experience with Eric from start to finish. I went in for an oil change and it was discovered that I needed tire rods replaced. Chatted with Eric about a loaner because I was told it was a safety issue. He worked earnestly to get me in a loaner so I wouldnt have to take a chance with driving home and returning the next day for the tire service. Thanks Eric for going above and beyond. More

I got a followup call asking me to respond to an online survey, giving them a 10 across the board. I understand that bonuses are tied to getting tens. Loved the express services I had an oil change done and went through express services and was out of there with in the 1:20. The only one thing I didn't like and gave you a four I had an oil change done and went through express services and was out of there with in the 1:20. The only one thing I didn't like and gave you a four star is that you guys never checked my tire pressure even though it said on the receipt that you did the psi in my back tires were the same as I walked in and out. The front tires showed 33psi and the back tires showed 27psi. Just wished that was taken care of. I come from Waltham to you guys it's 16 miles away from me I ended up stopping at the gas station and filling up my tires my self. More
