I have never had such a positive experience dealing with an automotive service center as I had with Dy Dylan Gallager at Kelly in Woburn is the best. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with an automotive service center as I had with Dylan at Kelly. He was so helpful and genuinely cared about helping me with the issues I was having. I have been to Kelly twice in the past four months for two different issues and Dylan has been great both times. The work I needed on the second visit was expensive and he helped show me how to offset some of the costs and never made me feel as though I was being railroaded. I actually went back to Kelly the second time because of the fantastic service I got from Dylan the first time. Although my experience with Nissan corporate was far less than satisfying, my experience with Kelly was nothing but positive. The fact that I was offered a loaner car for the time my car was there was huge. I don't know what I'd have done without that. Everyone there is very nice, from the guys in the service center to the ladies at the desk. As long as I own my Nissan, I will continue to use Kelly for my service. I can't say enough how positive my experience was! More
