Shouldn't have had to waste an hour. sunroof shattered for no reason. called into dealer ship and was told to bring in the car and that i'd get a loaner. brought it in and found i couldn' sunroof shattered for no reason. called into dealer ship and was told to bring in the car and that i'd get a loaner. brought it in and found i couldn't get a loaner after all. After some research they figured out it was a factory sunroof and was told i had to go through insurance. not exactly sure why that couldn't have been discovered over the phone as they have my car on record. seems to be a disconnect there. Now saying low pressure and driving in snow NONE of that is true nothing ever showed on dash, pressure checks each oil change and I have done 4 times and I do not drive in snow. Really I would expect to get some compensation or pro rated replacement on those tires. I bought the best edition the Platinum I did not expect to have to buy new tires w/low mileage. This is my 2nd pathfinder from this dealer. I am not saying that the person I dealt with was rude he was nice and took the time to have the car put on the lift and check the tires. More
FINE TIMING I had an appointment for an oil change @ 8AM on Saturday AM. I got to Kelly @ 7:50 or so. I was checked in and given an approximate wait time of 45 I had an appointment for an oil change @ 8AM on Saturday AM. I got to Kelly @ 7:50 or so. I was checked in and given an approximate wait time of 45 minutes. What a great surprise when I was told I could go to my car @ 8:30 - it was all finished and checked out. Everyone is always so nice! Disappointed with work done i brought my Nissan Murano in because it was making a strange noise. The service department was able to identify the noise and repair it. Great! My car also needed an oil change, breaks, and several other small services. I picked the car up, drove home and parked in my driveway. The next day I noticed my car had leaked some oil on my clean driveway. This never happens when I have my oil changed at my local service station. My opinion is that the oil change was not done with care and precision. Additionally, I noticed my new breaks would squeak every time I used them. I read on line that this can happen sometimes until they are broken in, although I've never experienced this before when having new breaks put into this car. Over a month later, my breaks were still annoyingly squeaky. I had to schedule another appointment to have my breaks properly fixed. As I'm sure every other customer can understand, I'm busy and my time is valuable. I do not have time to follow up on repairs that should have been done properly the first time. I also live some distance away from this dealership. The dealership did resolve the problem and I was told I would not be charged (lol)! I was not offered anything else for my time and trouble. I have another car, an Acura, and anytime I bring it to the Acura dealership, I am treated with care, and incredibly high quality service. They go above and beyond. I get a free car wash every time I go. Due to my experience, I will not be going back to Nissan of Woburn for service, nor would I recommend them. They do, however, offer a convenient shuttle ride, with a very nice young man, should you choose not to wait for repairs. That was the one nice benefit. More
