We are sorry to learn about this. We did reach out to our service manager, Alan Teyssedou, who said he spoke with you. From what we understand, your work order was printed out and during that time, another customer came in and begin speaking with Alan. Due to this, there was a slight distraction on our part and your work order was accidently mixed up with other paperwork. While we understand that Alan did speak with you directly and apologize, we want to reach out and extend our apologies for the mix-up as well.

Nice try but Alan was already spoken to when I went back the second time to pick up the vehicle. He told me to call consumer affairs as there was nothing he could do. Consumer affairs was useless!
