On the day I picked up my new car, Steve spent an hour reviewing my car with me,--from how to adjust the mirrors to how to use climate control system, the stereo, the windshield wipers, the seat controls. Additionally, he introduced me the General Manager, Norm Fontaine as well as the dealership's service support staff. When I returned a week later to pick-up the registration and get an inspection sticker, the dealership gave my car a complimentary car wash. This is the third car I've purchased from a dealership, the first from Kelly VW, and I have to say I am very impressed with the exceptional service I've received. More

I bought a Certified Jetta from Steve Warren this fall, and the entire experience with Steve was positive. Kelly VW was the third dealership I visited and Steve's salesmanship far surpassed my sales exper and the entire experience with Steve was positive. Steve took the time to explain the features of my Jetta and let me take a long test drive to really get the feel of the car. He was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the car, and very courteous, and he never grew pushy nor did he make me feel rushed in my decision. He also went to bat for me to try to get me the best deal available on the financing. In short, he was everything I hoped for in a salesperson. My experience with Steve was the absolute opposite of the experience I had just a few days prior with a salesman at Minuteman VW in Bedford, who was rude, condescending, and who acted as if he wasn't interested in my business. Well, he didn't get it and Kelly VW did. In my opinion, the way you are treated at a car dealership can make all the difference in whether you purchase a vehicle or not, (especially since in the Internet age, you can research vehicles online, read their Car Fax reports, compare prices and know what's available at every dealership even before you walk onto their lots). At Kelly VW, I was treated very well, and I recommend Steve Warren without reservation. He knows what true salesmanship is. I also had a great experience with Eryn Haugen, who knowledgeably explained the various optional warranties, etc., to me. Although I did not purchase them, she was genuinely pleasant to me throughout the entire time I spent with her. She's definitely an asset to the company. Matt, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful and courteous throughout the process. I would suggest that if you are looking to buy a VW, check out Kelly VW first. We all know that purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience, but I found that the folks at Kelly made it a very pleasant one instead. More
