Service is always fast and reliable. Usually takes a day or two to get in for an oil change and I’ve only seen them a week out at most which is normal for most shops. Large selection but that’s about the only positive I have to say about this dealership. The salesperson was unknowledgeable and said many things that did not make sense. From start to finish everything was e to say about this dealership. The salesperson was unknowledgeable and said many things that did not make sense. From start to finish everything was extraordinarily slow. We were there every bit of 6 hours and the dealership was not terribly busy. My husband I waited hours to meet with financing while multiple other customers who were there after us got taken back before us. When we decided to pay cash, the finance person seemed genuinely annoyed. Now I get no less than 5-10 spam calls a day since, offering me business and loan opportunities despite the dealership promising not to sell my information. We have specific instructions to the salesperson about our new vehicle and asked them not to put the Ken Ganley logo on it and they still did. Do not trust them! More
