Stopped by on a whim.........owned a Jeep 2 days later! Stopped by to satisfy my curiosity of the Jeep Wrangler. Due to Ganley's friendly and customer focused sales personnel and staff and the dealers Stopped by to satisfy my curiosity of the Jeep Wrangler. Due to Ganley's friendly and customer focused sales personnel and staff and the dealership's large inventory, two days later I drove the exact Jeep model I wanted home. My wife and I were greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist and we met sales rep Larry Orozco. Larry brought us two different Jeeps to drive. After the test drives we sat down and talked about what we wanted and got a price. We were not ready at that time to sign so we went home to think on it. The next day we decided to go and drive the exact Jeep we were interested in. Larry was off and we were paired with Exon Reynoso. Our experience with this young man was fantastic. Exon is a young man who is passionate about his job and will do whatever is necessary to address the customers’ expectations and accommodate them if at all possible. He listened, shared his knowledge of the Jeep and did not hesitate to reach out to other personnel to find information if he was unable to give an accurate response. In addition, Exon is a personable young man who strives to demonstrate to his customers his genuine commitment to them through his strong work ethic and integrity. Working through the pricing was smooth and at the end of the day we were close to the sale. Later that night we were called by Ken Kukwa who presented a price that worked. They could have sold it out from under me to higher bidders, but they kept their word because I was first. Car was detailed, filled with gas and ready when I arrived. My salesman Nick even went with me to drop my rental car. This is a high volume dealership that still manages to provide excellent customer service. That's an increasingly rare commodity. Somebody at the top values doing things right, and that message -- goal, really -- seems to have been adopted by everyone, from sales to finance. My purchase, and my customer experience, was worth a ten hour round trip drive. More

Not only did we like this vehicle the most, but one of the factors that made me come back was the welcoming and knowledgeable treatment received by a young salesman named Justin Ramey. While all salesmen are trained to "be nice", Justin was a very genuine person and made our experience a very comfortable one. Buying a car can be very frustrating trying to deal back and forth with numbers and payments, etc. but we never felt pressured once at Ganley. They worked with us to get the best deals and the payment we wanted. The finance manager, Mike, was also wonderful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
