I came to that dealership with low expectations. The lot has a strange set up, parking is hard to find, and finding my way through the storm of people and employees was daunting to say the least. By the time I met him I was already annoyed and more than a bit apprehensive about being screwed over by a greedy dealership and salesman. However, Dustin wasn't pushy. He patiently answered every one of my questions. Even when I was blatenly insulting his integrity. I would send him text messages at all hours of the night with random questions about cars on their website. He answered everyone he could. And the ones he couldn't answer he didn't try to make it up on the spot. He was honest with me and got back to me when he was sure about the answer. Considering I came to that place annoyed and borderline hostile. I didn't expect to walk out of their with anything. I basically went just to give someone a hard time. Instead, I met Dustin. Who not only won me over. He taught me a life lesson on how to treat someone. If for some reason you end up at Ken Ganley in Painesville and the lot doesn't scare you off.
