Great dealership, but the service department is horrible. I was in for service where I had SCHEDULED and appointment. I sat in the waiting room looking at my car sitting there. After waiting for almost an I was in for service where I had SCHEDULED and appointment. I sat in the waiting room looking at my car sitting there. After waiting for almost an hour with no update, I got up to take my car. I received no explanation, just "sorry". Why bother scheduling appointments when it doesn't matter? Why not let the customer know things were running late? Why not offer some other option or alternative time? More

Nick went out of his way to get us the car we wanted from another dealership.....only to realize we d have been more pleased with the entire process. We drove almost 30 minutes back from his dealership to pick up another car which ended up being the ride we took home. Nick was personable, funny, and made the time fly - especially when we needed everything wrapped up before 6 PM so I could run to the bank and get a certified check. He did not tru to sell us a vehicle we didn’t want and when he told us that even after after the car shuffling if we still weren’t happy he’d make sure he got us in a car we liked - we believed him. The process of buying/leasing a car is so stressful and confusing, but these guys made me feel so comfortable and at ease.
