Take it slow, trust but verify. I was assured I was getting at least the same features in my new truck that I had in my 2016 Ram. Walter offered to help but so far I am still dissatisfied with my purchase. Nick was my initial sales rep and he assured me it was an "apples-to-apples" deal compared to my 2016 Ram. After the first day I realized it wasn't and I was turned over to Walter. To be fair I didnt ask the right questions initially and should have insisted on Nick showing me a comparison. But after 6 hours I was tired and Nick got tied up with other customers. I am still hoping to work something out with Ganley but right now it isn't looking good. If I'm going to lose 12k I'm not sure I want to lose it there. I do have to give the service department top ratings. Right now the service department is the one reason I want to stick with Ganley. This is my 3rd purchase from Ganley. More

I was in the Painesville/Mentor area for work and asked a coworker if he knew a good dealership to work with., he gave me Nicks number and said this guy will take care of you. He was right, I called Nick, told him what I wanted, where I wanted to be with a payment and explained what had happened with the other dealerships I had been talking to. Nick said "I am going make this happen for you" and he did. I feel Nick worked very hard and gave me the best deal he could to get me in the car my wife and I wanted and the payment we wanted. Nick and the staff at Ganley Village made this car buying experience quick, easy and painless. My wife is very happy with her 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Jeep in for a week and still no timetable when it will done I have had my jeep grand Cherokee for three months. A month into my lease my radio was not working properly and holding pre-station channels. I calle I have had my jeep grand Cherokee for three months. A month into my lease my radio was not working properly and holding pre-station channels. I called the service department and made a schedule and scheduled an appointment for 9 AM. After dropping off my vehicle I heard nothing and called at 1 PM, they had just pulled it in at 4 PM I had heard nothing again so I stopped up to see what was going on. They said they had no fix for it so I told him I want to take my car. A month later my Jeeps screen is going black and no controls are available. I called to make an appointment and the first vehicle for rental iavailable Is 2.5 weeks out. I take the appointment and unfortunately the problem gets worse. I stop in a week before my appointment and say what am I supposed to do when I have no controls on the screen I am told it is not life-threatening I said well I would like to you to take it in early and he’s tells me well I can screw somebody else and give you a car. A week later I get a call from the service department reminding me of my original appointment. I said that’s funny because you had my car for a week she then says let me check and transferred me to the service manager. I ask what is going on he said I had a tech look at it however he’s been busy with an engine. No estimate of when this will be resolved. I have now had their rental Dodge Caravan for a week while I pay for my lease with No time frame of when my car will be completed. So far the service department has done nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone. Only word to describe is HORRIBLE. After writing the review and calling the dealership, the service manager was in contact immediately and kept me update daily and quickly took care of the problem and was apologetic. While overall, is wasn't the greatest experience, Bill Cannato did his best to take care of it once it was brought to his attention. Updated overall rating to a 3. More
Nick Hooked Me Up!! I was shopping around for a Power Wagon, which aren’t easy to find, in a specific color. Nick was recommended to me from a coworker because of the great deal he had given him on a new RAM. Nick never tried to push the model they had on their lot which was a color I didn’t prefer. He went right to work and in a short amount time was able to find the color and options I wanted. The entire experience was hassle free, efficient, and enjoyable. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for a new car or truck if you want to skip all the haggling and fast forward right to the best deal possible!! More

I liked myJeep Patriot, but they are no longer making those, so I was open to seeing various makes and models, maybe not even Jeep. I spent countless hours online and driving through various dealerships to see what is out there. I returned to the dealership I had previously leased through only to find the salesman had experienced a recent health issue and was not going to be returning to work soon. I really wanted to work only with that gentleman as I was comfortable with him. I wondered what to do next. Perhaps through an internet search, I was contacted by the internet specialist at Ganley, Hasell, and she was so pleasant to speak with on the phone. She sent me texts of various Jeep models that I might be interested in. We were in the area on a busy Sat. afternoon but stopped in to introduce myself to her. A week later we went in to test drive a few vehicles and see if there was something that my husband and I both liked. We were introduced to Todd and he was very polite and comfortable to talk with. We went on a few test drives, he allowed me to ask about a million questions both in the car and in the office. He never appeared to be distracted, and it was as if I was the only person considering buying a car that day. What a great experience. It was fairly busy but I have to say each person I saw was friendly, introduced themselves, always making sure we didn't need anything such as coffee, water, etc. My husband and I asked for a quiet time to discuss our purchase and Todd was most accomodating. We never felt rushed, pushed or pressured. Overall a great car buying experience. Thank you for that. It was quite cold that day so I didn't take advantage of finding out about all the bells and whistles the Cherokee has but Todd checked back with me in a week to see if I had any questions or concerns that he could help me with.
