Our truck windows were smashed in on a Friday night out of town at an 11U baseball game, evidently they really wanted our Yeti Cooler. They caused a couple thousand dollars worth of damage and our insuran of town at an 11U baseball game, evidently they really wanted our Yeti Cooler. They caused a couple thousand dollars worth of damage and our insurance approved vendor couldn't help vaccumm the glass out let alone squeeze us in until the following week for service. I decided to call Ken Ganley Norton. Not only is it a dealership equipped with the tools and means to help us (not too many dealers out there are anymore) but also they were able to work with us to get us in as soon as possible. The truck was fixed within only a couple days of getting back into town. We cannot THANK Jody and Fulton at Ken Ganley Norton Service Dept enough! We truly appreciate everything you did for our family! Hands down the best service we've experienced yet. I highly recommend Ken Ganley Norton. More
