Had a bit of a mixup on the 1st day we went and wasn't planning on coming back after a 3 hour drive there. After we left the dealership we stopped and got dinner and received a text that they got the deal planning on coming back after a 3 hour drive there. So the wife and I decided to give them a 2nd chance and returned the next day and ended up driving off with 2 vehicles. Paege, Aaron, Kevin & Craig were awesome in getting the deals done. This place cost me over 4000 dollars to take a wobble out of the front end of my truck and never fixed it. Mark did a superb job dealing with my aftermarket warranty company. His communication skills are top notch. When I was looking for a service company for my motorhome, Mark returned my call and patiently answered my questions about the unit (which were general questions about the chasis) which was significant because everyone else I called did not, including another Ganley dealership. The job was completed in 2 days which included ordering parts. The crew was polite and efficient. I was informed by Mark on every step of the repair process. I am completely satisfied with the experience. More
