My son had a serious issue with his Ford. There was a transition issue that was intermittent and could not be found by four other garages. No codes showed up. Paul and the Ganley Ford dealership got to t transition issue that was intermittent and could not be found by four other garages. No codes showed up. Paul and the Ganley Ford dealership got to the bottom of it. They turned every stone until they discovered the issue. I am very grateful to Paul and the service team. It was a issue that could have been potentially dangerous. They discovered it and found a way to get it fixed. Great communication the whole way through. Fast and courteous service. No hassles. After my initial claim, Ganley handled everything directly with my insurance company. Rental vehicle was there when I arrived and all I had to do was leave it at Ganl claim, Ganley handled everything directly with my insurance company.
