I communicated with Austin before traveling to the dealership.... I confirmed truck was available and informed him when I would be there . Before arriving I filled credit application and filled out trade info. When I arrived I was informed the truck I confirmed earlier that same day was available was sold. If I would have not traveled an hour and had my credit ran already I would have left. But I decided to stay because I already done credit application and trade in info. If I would not have done credit application I would have left. I ended up paying more for an older truck with more miles on it and Austin tried to tell me what a good deal. I was very unhappy with the whole process. I will never deal with this dealership again and will let all my friends and family know how in my opinion screwed me over. In my opinion they should have done something to fix the problem. When you fill out credit application talk to sales team loan department all before going to confirm what you want can be done you expect the truck you want to still be available a couple hours later as I said i had to travel over an hour i found the whole experience to be bad. The people at this dealership is what gives used car dealerships and sales people a bad name. More
You supposedly removed cabin air filter indicating it’s time to replace it, I was told $75.00,? I declined so your technician had to reinstall the old one and you got NO MONEY on that. Dealing with Tony was amazing. We traveled from out of state to buy the jeep and he made the experience easy and fast.
