Dear Mr. Orange, We were disappointed to read your review. You will be glad to hear that we never ran your credit in any form. As we explained to you in an email on Friday, October 27th at 11:42am, and then again several times in person, the State of Ohio requires us to record your Social Security number in order to title your vehicle and to issue a 45-day temporary tag. Whoever told you otherwise is misinformed as to the laws of the State of Ohio. I hope this clears up any confusion. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Thanks! Ken, The email did not state that and no one stated that to me in the dealership. I was told it was a requirement of the Patriot Act. If it is requirement for temporary tags the State of Ohio should have a form stating that and to provide the SSN. Writing the SSN on post-it-note and handing it to someone is not a good practice. What safe guards are in place to protect the SSN? If you've never had your identity stolen you wouldn't understand the impact.

We had such a good experience at Ken Ganley Ford in Norton. Our salesman, Joe was super. We weren’t expecting the vehicle until the middle of November, so when Joe called and said it was in early, we went to our loan company and picked up our paperwork. We then went to Ken Ganley Ford and did the paperwork there. Joe had us take it for a drive, explained all the bells and whistles, filled the tank and we were on our way. Our son bought a new Tacoma truck from Ken Ganley Toyota and had a good experience there. Keep up the good work at Ken Ganley Ford and Ken Ganley Toyota!
