Then the finance manager tells me he found a 3.9% rate on my loan and it comes with a 10yr100000 bumper to bumper warranty !my original rate was5.9%,and they gave me a great price on the van! That’s the first time I bought a vehicle and didn’t feel like anyone was trying to screw me at any point in this deal ,just a great experience!thanks ! More

Will never in my life return! Took our car in back in April because we had warranties with oil changes or when we lived in Florida and they changed something under our warranty. Call and made an appointment because we were due for an oil change again, and check engine light was on again. I can't even explain how rude Scott was! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! First off we had an appointment, dropped off our keys in the lock box at 7:00 a.m, called at 4:00 in the afternoon and his statement was we must have dropped the keys off after 7:30 because he never got them! Then he wants to sit there and tell me about my warranties and how they ate the last oil change because the car wasn't under warranty! If it wasn't under warranty then you should have picked up the phone and called us and we would have paid for it! So please don't tell me 15 times how you guys ate a warranty oil change! And then God forbid when they do do the oil change they reset my dashboard or put a sticker in the car! Guarantee I will never in my life walk back into this place! Scott was physically raising his voice at me on the phone pretty much telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. All this is before he even looked at my warranty to see exactly what was covered! We will never be back. Worst experience of my life More
