I did not appreciate some of the sales tactics. Especially regarding the warranty. Adam was fine. Whatever work was done by the body shop was definitely under exaggerated. I understand that a decent amount of people that seek buying a vehicles at dealerships do so because they really need one. From my perspective I wasn’t one of those people with no other options. Thank you John for helping me get the warranty paperwork canceled. The cost of that was something I felt was hidden from me, and my mother did not catch it either.
