I paid for spark plug change I'm not even sure that they were properly changed. It went from no one is here the mechanic called off ..too 2 hrs later my trucks is ready to be picked up. the very next day my were properly changed. It went from no one is here the mechanic called off ..too 2 hrs later my trucks is ready to be picked up. the very next day my truck wanted to stall out on the freeway so i took back to the service center, they said the manifold was cracked from the spark plug change! Also thermostat had to be sealed and coolant was topped off. I haven't been able to get a manager to call me back from the service center my truck is still sputtering just seen I have a fuel injector connector that was broke and was holding together with a zip tie that came loose I'm really disappointed i even considered taking my ford, to a ford service center. How would I even notice something like a zip tie holding a fuel injector together. I'm not a mechanic I figured the people at the Ford service center know how to do their job and how much money I spent and the service I got. So much for a 10 point inspection. The service rep was nice when i spoke them im not saying anything was wrong with him he did the best he could was always very polite, but i was told multiple time the name was under previous owner so they could help me or the didn't kno who i was. I was told when i dropped the truck off that would be fixed not a issue. my problem is with the mechanic(s) i thought this was be a trustworthy center. More

They Told me the finance company had two stipulations for me to get a loan. 1. Gap insurance 2. 3 year warranty These two stipulations cost me an extra $4000 on my loan and I was so excited to get my me to get a loan. 1. Gap insurance 2. 3 year warranty These two stipulations cost me an extra $4000 on my loan and I was so excited to get my new truck I didn't think much about it. The finance company calls me to go over my loan and to my surprise they say to it looks like you went with the OPTIONAL Gap/Warranty protection for the extra $4000. Yes thats right, it was OPTIONAL so the dealership blatantly lied to me to get them some extra money. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from them. I highly recommend no one ever go here or at the very least make sure you read everything before signing on the dotted line! More
