What an experience for the ages! The morning begins and I’m totally stranded on the freeway. A couple minutes go by after I’ve tried numerous of attempts to get my vehicle up and runn The morning begins and I’m totally stranded on the freeway. A couple minutes go by after I’ve tried numerous of attempts to get my vehicle up and running. With each attempt the frustration grows and I’m totally fed up. (Expletive here and here and here) After spewing out upwards around $1,000 literally the day before to fix my used vehicle. Here I am calling for a tow. The tow truck arrives and hooks my car up and we venture to get my car fixed again. Upon arrival, I browse the internet and come across a sign and drive deal through Ganley Ford West on Lorain. I type in some information about my used vehicle and suddenly my iPhone starts ringing. (Of course Siri knows what I’m thinking) It was Nick. He asks a couple questions about my vehicle and I explain to him my morning. I replied and said, “I’m coming to the dealership via uber to purchase a vehicle and that I was tired of the used car blues.” Nick (an awesome guy) said, “we will come get you.” Nick proceeds and sends out Rory (an awesome guy as well) to pick my up from my bogged down vehicle and from the car repair shop. During the drive to the dealership, Rory and I built a great rapport and more so talked about life and commonalities. He wasn’t overbearing on trying to sale me a vehicle but stated enough about the vehicle from an information standpoint. He allowed me to drive half the way to get a feel for the F-150. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly staff and was asked often if i needed anything from food to snacks to beverages. Business was handled in a timely fashion. Paperwork was smooth and the transition into the new F-150 Truck was phenomenal. I would recommend this dealership and Rory Adams to anyone I know. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of or pressured into a sale or vehicle i didn’t want. Compromise was fair with both parties. They even fed my kids pizza!!! Thanks again for making my first vehicle purchase painless. More

PLEASE READ! Sneaky salespeople I purchased a car a few months back and had a great experience with the sales person. But then it all changed when Scott in finance took over. He is I purchased a car a few months back and had a great experience with the sales person. But then it all changed when Scott in finance took over. He is such a snake of an individual. He added all these "extras" on the price of my car (paint protector, tire shine, interior seat protector, extended warranty), without even telling me or giving me any information on the added features. It was a few days later when I was doing the math that I realized he did this. Then, it took over 2 months to get sorted out. Scott is an absolute liar and should not be in the workforce at Ganley Ford West. More
