We reviewed your account which shows that your 2010 Ford Expedition has 198,385 miles on it. You signed off on having & paying for the $189 diagnostic testing. Our inspection found AC lines from the engine to bay to the right of the vehicle are leaking and your vehicle needs tubes & coolant. Also, there are multiple leaks near the oil pan and both mains. We feel that our quote of $2,600 is fair for the repairs, but you declined. However, you are still responsible for paying for the diag. that you signed off on. Thank you for your feedback, it helps us address things and work at getting better and providing the best possible experience for our customers.
