Failed to rotate full size spare, when I asked specifically to have it rotated in, has no loaners or rental partnerships, failed to check on a know issue when I asked. Ganley Ford had my car for 16 months before they got around to fixing it. It was under warranty so it was not a priority. They tried to get me to trade in or sell my car to them rather than fix it.
