Had a scheduled appointment early Friday morning. By late afternoon, after not hearing anything I called for an update and was told that my truck would hopefully be worked on soon and asked if it cou By late afternoon, after not hearing anything I called for an update and was told that my truck would hopefully be worked on soon and asked if it could be kept for a few days. After saying that my truck could not be kept for a few days I was told that I would receive a call in a little bit if the work was able to be completed or so that I could pick up my truck. Never received a call that night. Called back the next day to check on the status and was told that my truck was next in line and they would hopefully get to it today, if not they would get to it Monday. After reiterating again that I could not be without my truck for multiple days I was told I would receive another call in a few hours. At 3:30 Saturday afternoon I received a call and was informed that after having my truck for 2 days, the screen issues I was having could not be detected or fixed and that only one of the recalls I took it in for could be completed. More
