Hi Mr. Piezer, as Alicia tried to explain to you, unfortunately Ford has not provided dealerships with an update to fix APIM / Sync screen issues. Once Ford comes up with a solution, we are happy to fix the issue for you. Hi Royce, as you know, when you brought in your vehicle, you asked us to look at the marker light that was damaged. It was smashed in and we had to remove it to be able to assess the damage. We couldn’t put the damaged piece back in place since it’s broken and you declined having the repairs completed. We made sure that everything was safe on the vehicle and you stated that you’d get it fixed in the future. If there’s something else we can do to help you, please let us know! Appreciate your response but I did not ask for the marker light to be fixed, I asked for my taillight to be fixed. And because I didn’t get the marker light fixed my request to fix my taillight was ignored. Look at the messages and you’ll see I was clear with what I wanted.

“In order for our technicians to figure out what the issue was with your taillight, we need to diagnose. Now being the tail light is on the same circuit as the marker light, we needed to remove it to prove the theory. And when the marker light was removed, we verified that was the issue and the full light was working. Since the work was declined, the technician put it all back together exactly how it came in.” So this means the taillight would work with the marker light removed right? The work that was declined was the marker light and NOT the taillight. The reflector was on my vehicle before in there but as you can tell I don’t care about the marker light right now and just wanted the taillight fixed. I simply asked for something to be fixed and you know there was a solution to that and it didn’t get done. If you’re looking for repeat customers you didn’t do your best at achieving that. Anything else?
